Creative Friendz is a Web3 project that's creative-focused and community-driven. It offers no economic utility to holders, but a membership pass in form of a cryptographic NFT with attached artwork by  ("The Artwork"). Please read the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully

1. Service and Digital Collectibles:
‍These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the creativefriendz.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products, digital or otherwise, and services (collectively, "Services"), included but not limited to the mint website or platform, and the resulting Creative Friendz Digital NFT collectible collections.

Creative Friendz is issuing a limited edition (8888) of a digital collectible artwork (cryptographic non-fungible toke) (NFT) and that has associated related media content, hereinafter "the artwork". Which (the artwork) is licensed to you, not acquired by you when you acquire the NFT.

By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and that you are over 18 years old. If you don't agree with the terms, do not use the Site.

‍2. Privacy
The website, or the service do not collect any user data, or process information, nor activity about you.

3. Artwork Copyright & License
Copyright of The Artwork attached to the collectible remains with the author and artist © German Gonzalez.

The Creative Friendz by German Gonzalez NFT are limited edition membership consisting in 8888 digital collectible membership passes. The Copyright of the artwork attached to those remains with German Gonzalez and it's not been transferred to holders when acquiring the NFTs, however, a Creative Commons Commercial BY-SA license is granted to the holder under certain conditions.

The Creative Friendz NFT collection is licensed under CC BY-SA, a license that supports creativity and collaboration. This license allows users to remix, adapt, and build upon the artwork for various purposes, including commercial projects. To adhere to the intellectual property approach, users must credit "©Creative Friendz" and apply the same CC BY-SA license to any new creations derived from the collection. The Creative Friendz NFT collection offers an opportunity for innovation and exploration within the community.

Please note that the Creative Friendz NFT collection, while licensed under CC BY-SA, should not be used for illegal activities, hate speech, discrimination, attacks on minority groups, or any other purpose that violates applicable laws or promotes harmful behavior. Users who engage in such activities may be subject to legal consequences and may lose their rights to use the collection in accordance with the CC BY-SA license.

4. Trademarks
Al IP names and slogans are trademark property of the author and owner. Those will not be transferred with the digital collectible. Ⓡ Creative Friendz and it's related IP remains with the ⓇOrlando Pedro and/or related parties. No IP ownership is transferred with any of the 8888 tokens from the "Creative Friendz by German Gonzalez" nor any future collection unless expressed otherwise in those terms.

5. Prohibited uses
To use the service you acknowledge you are over 18, not part of any forbidden country listed internationally as prohibited, terrorist or subject to embargos by any government.

If you do not have such authority to enter the agreement, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the site owners, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

‍6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify our Services or to suspend or stop providing all or portions of our Services at any time. You also have the right to stop using our Services at any time. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Services.

7. Governing Law
Dispute arising from these Terms and your use of our Services will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands without regard to conflict of law rules or principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, "The Creative Friendz", their creators and/or its related parties will not be liable to you under any theory of liability.

The use of the services is at your sole risk. We do not present guaranties of any kind. NFT and digital assets are new technologies subject to risk. It's at the user discretion to understand those risk.

9. Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

10.Misellaneous
You are responsible to understand the blockchain technology, the acquisition, transactional and storage of digital assets. We do not provide any advice or guidance, on how to do that nor provide any wallet service. Metamask is an independent party and we do not own any interests with the company. Metamask use is recommended

Except as otherwise provided herein, these Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and are not intended to confer third-party beneficiary rights upon any other person or entity. We may freely transfer, assign or delegate these Terms or our Services, in whole or in part, without your prior written consent.
